Shortly after I started annelovescoffeemore about a year ago, I wrote a post about the break-and-bake ginger cookie dough that Trader Joe’s sells in November and December. I love those cookies (“Yes, every night.”) They are so easy, and they taste great. But, most importantly, they are ready to be baked whenever you need or want. The problem is, then, that these cookies are a seasonal item. TJ’s only carries them for two months of the year, so what are we supposed to do the other 10 months? Hmmmm?
