“Happy” Election Day! (If I could, I would insert the eye-roll emoji here.) 😉

It’s finally here… thank God. Never has an election had more of an impact on my overall level of stress. Never has there been a better time for me to practice gratitude and notice/accept my feelings. 🙂 If you feel the same way, I want you to know you are not alone, my friend.
